• Arrival: You can reach Milos via a 3–5 hour ferry from Athens (Piraeus) or a quick 45-minute flight from Athens International Airport.

• Transportation: Renting a vehicle is highly recommended. While there is a local bus system, many of the best beaches are remote.

  • Note: If you plan to visit the wilder western side of the island, a 4x4 vehicle is necessary as the roads are unpaved.
